Museum of Science and Industry

Yesterday we stuffed ourselves in the car for a short road trip and spent the day at the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago. It’s a world class museum, and the girls just love it – especially since their close friends, Izzy and Adrienne, went with us this time. They rock-climbed, wandered through a scary mirror maze, ate ice cream, stared at baby chicks and genetically enhanced green-eyed frogs, gazed at a fake tornado, and no one had any meltdowns. Parents included. I’m not always great about snapping pics when we’re in the moment, but Becca did borrow my phone to take 100 photos of the chickens. Here’s a couple:
